View DemoUse JudgeAIWorld's first AI arbitrationA completely independent and unbiased judicial system without any human interference!Use JudgeAIHow It WorksOur PartnersWhy JudgeAI is better than human judge?Robust and tested legal algorithmsQuick and accurate JudgementsEvidence analysis using multimodal AIMulti-jurisdictional adaptabilityJourney of a case through JudgeAIJudgeAI consists of multiple stagesOur project is not merely about applying standard LLMs with prompts like "you are a judge, resolve this legal dispute." JudgeAI is a comprehensive project that includes unique legal algorithms specifically designed to evaluate evidence and make judicial decisions. Our algorithms operate independently of pre-trained data. Pre-trained data is used solely to extract information from submitted documents, but all subsequent analysis and processing are carried out exclusively using these algorithms. This ensures the high accuracy and validity of legal conclusions made by the system. The operation of the JudgeAI system consists of seven stages:Analysis of the claim and evidenceJudgeAI starts with a preliminary check of the claim for formal validity. If the claim is initially deemed invalid, it is immediately rejected without moving to the next stage. If the claim is considered valid, the system identifies all the evidence and facts relied upon by the claimant and proceeds to the next stage.Request for the defendant's objectionsAfter analyzing the claim, JudgeAI requests the defendant's objections. If the defendant's objections are initially deemed invalid, the claim is automatically granted without moving to the next stage. If the objections are deemed valid, the system creates a counter-argument on the case and analyzes the objections, determining the need for additional evidence.Process of clarifying the claimIf necessary, JudgeAI requests a clarified statement of claim or additions from the claimant. This stage allows for clarification of claim details and preparation for forming the final case narrative.Analysis of the defendant's additionsAfter receiving objections and clarifications, the system requests additional materials from the defendant, if necessary, to complete the case picture.Formation of the case narrativeUsing the collected facts and evidence, the system forms a complete case narrative, applying fuzzy logic to evaluate direct and indirect facts. A detailed assessment of all circumstances is conducted, considering their interrelation and significance to the case, with facts evaluated by the strength of the evidence.Modeling ideal behavior of the partiesJudgeAI analyzes how the parties should have behaved under ideal conditions, taking into account contract terms, business customs, and general legal principles, applying Nash equilibrium to evaluate possible behavior strategies.Formation of the final decisionThe actual narrative of the parties' behavior is compared with the ideal model. All deviations are identified and analyzed for their compliance with Nash equilibrium, alternative strategies, potential damages, and impact on contract terms. The decision is documented with a full justification of each step, ensuring its transparency and comprehensibility for all parties. As can be seen, the system does not use codified law or judicial precedents (although we have versions of algorithms that do use judicial precedents), which is extremely important as it makes JudgeAI independent even from lawmakers, i.e., from the state. Additionally, it is important to note that JudgeAI works only with economic disputes; here, the concept of fairness is equated with Nash equilibrium, which cannot be done in non-economic disputes.Applications of JudgeAIAutomated Judicial ProcessingAutomates procedural and administrative tasks within the judicial process, promoting consistent and unbiased case management.Litigation Perspective AnalysisLeverages proprietary AI workflows to analyze evidence and arguments, predicting case outcomes and guiding legal strategy.Fair Settlement CalculationCalculates fair settlements terms through an algorithmic interpretation of the legal framework and the specific details of the dispute.Codified Legal JudgementsStreamlines the judicial process, guaranteeing fair and impartial case management that strictly adheres to codified law.Leadership TeamYuri Kozlov - CEOYuri, a seasoned lawyer with a proven track record, serves as the legal mind behind the algorithms that form the backbone of JudgeAI.Taaha Bajwa - CTOTaaha, an experienced AI developer, orchestrates training, deployment and monitoring of the advanced AI workflows that power JudgeAI.Maria Shutova - CPOMaria, with a rich pedigree in sales and customer success, spearheads JudgeAI's client acquisition and relationship management.See JudgeAI workingWatch an interactive demo to see how JudgeAI worksJudgeAI Interactive DemoHave Questions?Want to learn more? It discusses the system's ability to streamline case handling, provide second opinions for judges, and adapt to various legal frameworks. The article also looks at the potential future applications of JudgeAI, including its use in mediation, regulatory compliance, and international disputes, highlighting how it can enhance efficiency, transparency, and fairness in legal systems.Yuri Kozlov—9/18/2024 --- FAQsWhat is JudgeAI?JudgeAI is a system that automates judicial proceedings using artificial intelligence. It analyzes evidence, assesses the positions of the parties, and makes objective decisions based on legal algorithms. This makes the dispute resolution process faster, more transparent, and predictable. How does JudgeAI work?JudgeAI algorithms analyze documents and evidence using methods based on logic, economic-mathematical modeling, and legal dialectics. The general version of the system does not rely on codified laws but can be adapted for specific jurisdictions, such as working with the UAE Civil Code. It is important to note that JudgeAI currently works only with documentary text-based evidence. What problems does JudgeAI solve?JudgeAI can fully automate judicial proceedings. Additionally, it provides judges with second opinions to support decision-making, predicts the outcomes of legal cases, and assists in dispute resolution by calculating fair settlement terms. What role does artificial intelligence play?Artificial intelligence in JudgeAI is used to analyze evidence and model the behavior of parties during the process. However, the system relies on clearly defined legal algorithms, ensuring transparency and eliminating subjectivity in decision-making.What are the advantages of using JudgeAI?The main advantages of the system include faster decision-making, accuracy, independence from human errors, and reduced costs for the parties involved and judicial authorities. Automation also helps to reduce the burden on the judicial system. Can JudgeAI be used in different countries?JudgeAI’s algorithms can be adapted for any legal system. For instance, there is already a version that works based on the UAE Civil Code. We continue to expand the system's jurisdictional coverage. Can JudgeAI replace judges? At this stage, JudgeAI is used as a support tool to provide second opinions to judges. Full replacement of judges is only possible in cases of lower complexity and after successful testing. How is JudgeAI integrated into existing legal systems?JudgeAI can be integrated via API into existing legal platforms or used as a standalone solution for automated dispute resolution. What are the future plans for JudgeAI?We plan to expand the capabilities of JudgeAI by supporting new legal systems and enhancing the prediction of case outcomes and dispute resolution. We are also exploring possibilities to work with new types of evidence. --- Privacy PolicyEffective Date: 28 June 2024At JudgeAI (together with our affiliates, “JudgeAI”, “we”, “our” or “us”), we respect your privacy and are strongly committed to keeping secure any information we obtain from you or about you.
