Account If you want to use certain features of the Services you'll have to create an account ("Account"). You can do this via the Site or through your account with certain third-party social networking services such as Google ("SNS Account"). If you choose the SNS Account option we'll create your Account by extracting from your SNS Account certain personal information such as your name and email address and other personal information that your privacy settings on the SNS Account permit us to access. Fees Each Fee applies in accordance with such features and/or services purchased or subscribed for by the User in accordance with the pricing described on whismer.com, or as otherwise agreed with the Company. Your fee-based Services will not be activated until your first payment is received. Payments are due in accordance with the Purchase Order (e.g., annually or monthly in advance), and may be automatically charged to the credit card that you provided when you purchased the fee-based Services. The Company reserves the right to introduce or change any Fees from time-to-time by giving the User no less than 14 days’ written notice. Any new or changed Fees will apply at the next billing period after the User has been given such notice. We reserve the right to rely on third party payment service providers such as Paddle to collect payment of Fees. You must comply with the third party payment service provider's terms made available to you. If you do not agree with the third party payment service provider's terms, then do not sign up for the fee-based Services. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all payment customer service inquiries and handles returns. Changes to Terms or Services We may modify the Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we'll let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the Site or through other communications. It's important that you review the Terms whenever we modify them because if you continue to use the Services after we have posted modified Terms on the Site, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
