We use passwordless authentication.Our audio engine is computationally intensive and runs on specialized hardware in data centers.When a user requests a transcript, their audio is sent securely to our servers where it is processed. Audio/Text may be sent anonymously to OpenAI for processing. The transcript is streamed back to their device. Once the full transcript has been received, the audio file and transcript are permanently deleted from our servers.The usage of AI features like Auto-Rename and Transform will send necessary transcription data anonymously to our servers.
