You can also choose to add a phone number, company name, or payment information to your account. We also collect the content you create, upload, or receive from others when using our services. This includes things like topics you enter, scripts you write, presentation slides you create, presentations you receive, and images and charts you save.Information we collect as you use our servicesYour apps, browsers & devicesWe collect information about the apps, browsers, and devices you use to access STORYD services, which helps us provide features tuned to your environment.The information we collect includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system. We also collect information about the interaction of your apps, browsers, and devices with our services, including IP address, error logs, and the date, time, and referrer URL of your requests. For example, we may send you a notification if we detect suspicious activity, like an attempt to sign in to your STORYD Account from an unusual location. Or we may let you know about upcoming changes or improvements to our services. And if you contact STORYD, we’ll keep a record of your request in order to help solve any issues you might be facing.Protect STORYD, our users, and the publicWe use information to help improve the safety and reliability of our services. This includes detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues that could harm STORYD, our users, or the public.We use different technologies to process your information for these purposes. We use automated systems that analyze your topics to ensure your generated content is not hateful, threatening, violent, sexual, or promotes self-harm. This Agreement consists of: (1) the Order Form and (2) the Key Terms, both of which are on the Cover Page below,and (3) the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms Version 1.0 (“Standard Terms”). Any modifications to the Standard Terms made in the Cover Page will control over conflicts with the Standard Terms. Capitalized words have the meanings or descriptions given in the Cover Page or the Standard Terms. Ifyou are accessing or using the Product on behalf of your company, you representthat you are authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of your company. Bysigning up, accessing, or using the Product, Customer indicates its acceptanceof this Agreement and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of thisAgreement.‍CoverPage Order Form‍‍Cloud Service: STORYD is a cloud-based platform that creates presentations automatically using artificial intelligence and storytelling templates. This agreement also includes our integrations with other presentation software and data software. ‍Subscription Start Date: The Effective Date‍Subscription Period:1 year(s)‍Non-Renewal Notice Period: At least 30 days before the end of the current Subscription Period.‍Use Limitations:  A maximum of 250 presentations created per monthly period.‍Cloud Service Fees:‍Section 5.2 of the Standard Terms is replaced with: Certain parts of the Product have different pricing plans, which are available at Provider’s pricing page (https://www.storyd.ai#Pricing). Within the Payment Period, Customer will pay Provider fees based on the Product tier selected at the time of accountcreation and Customer’s usage per Subscription Period. Provider may update Product pricing by giving at least 30 days notice to Customer (including byemail or notification within the Product), and the change will apply in thenext Subscription Period.‍Payment Period:5 day(s) from the last day of the Subscription Period‍Invoice Period:  Annually‍Key Terms‍Customer: The company or person who accesses or uses the Product.
