For Free Users: Total tokens (also synonymous with characters) allowed (input + output characters sent and received to our backend system): 100,000 per month. This quota assumes that, on average, the summarized text is 50% of the input text. For Enterprise Users: Customized plans will be offered, and details will be specified in the contract. We believe that this quota will allow subscribed users ample interaction with the backend system, well beyond that of an average user. If you require heavy usage beyond this, please contact us for more details about our enterprise plan. Fair Usage Policy: Service usage is subject to our fair usage policy. Any abuse, which is subject to our interpretation, of the service will result in the suspension of the service or the blocking of the tool for future use by the specific user, organization, entity, or IP address.Refund and cancellation of subscriptionNo Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We encourage users to try our free version before purchasing a subscription to ensure it meets their needs. Subscription Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
