What about content access?All students still have access to the Refocus educational materials through the Thinkfic platform. Your accesses will not be recalled or restricted in any way by us.The course takes approximately 8 months to complete. The course will be available for each student for 12 months starting from the date of purchase, which allows students to have more than enough time to complete the course in no rush manner.What about live lessons?We want to highlight that live classes made up less than 2% of the content and included additional materials which mostly duplicated the main contentWe understand that students might be concerned about the career module, as it had the most live sessions. In August 2023, we released a new career course that includes all pre-recorded video materials with almost the same content as live sessions. The career course is available to all students at this moment through the Thinkfic platform.What about homework, checking process, and exams? We are working hard on resuming the checking process for your homework. The dates will be announced later.What about certificates? Refocus certificates of the course accomplishment will still be issued only to all those who have completed the course till the end. After completing the course, a student needs to contact the support service to receive their individual certificate. What about chat on an educational platform (Thinkific)?Live chat within the Thinkific platform will not be available. We are working on introducing new options for communication with technical support and interaction with mentors. We will try our best to solve both challenges.
