Description of ServiceZAPT provides a platform that enables organisations to connect and configure multiple SaaS applications. Our AI-powered automation keeps connected apps in sync based on requirements you define.We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.3. Accounts and AccessYou must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.You must notify us immediately at support@zapt.ai if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.You may not share your account credentials with third parties or allow access by individuals who are not authorised members of your organisation.4. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZAPT, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.13. TerminationYou may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@zapt.ai.We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason.Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow you to export it, then delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.14. Governing Law and DisputesThese Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
