Individually cut, we allow you to select the album and or tracks you wish to have. You then choose the album cover and jacket art, record label text, and tracks. I don't have a smartphone. Can I still use this?Of course! The ability to sign up, create albums, record and share with others is all readily available to you through our website. You have the option to use the smartphone app, but you can always log in through the website to access all of the same features.Can I download my recordings?Yes! You can download your recordings at any time. Is there a limit to the length or number of recordings?The max limit for any individual recording is 45 minutes. You can create 1 record with up to 5 tracks on an album for free. With a subscription you can create unlimited albums and records. What if two people share the same email address?Golden Record accounts require a unique email address to register. If you share your email address with a loved one, they can also log into your account and perform all of the same actions that you would be able to perform if you were to log in on your own device. You should be careful who you decide to share your email address and password with.What is the lead time to receive a vinyl keepsake?Vinyl pressings can take up to 4-60 days to fulfill depending on demand and time of year.
