The app records the video of the student dance, only for analysing the dance. The recorded video is never sent out of the mobile/laptop. And it is automatically deleted, immediately after the analysis is over. So, the user does not have to worry about the privacy at all. How does the tutor and student interact with each other? In Dhime, the tutor and the student never interact with each other directly (either online or offline). The student learns from the video lessons created by a tutor but does not come face to face with the tutor. The learning happens in the presence of AI and not in the presence of a live tutor. What is Dhime AI? Dhime's AI (Artificial Intelligence) is a specialized software that analyses the students dance by comparing it with the tutors dance. This advanced and speciailized AI is built at Dhime specifically for this application. How is it compared to learning dance from YouTube? For dance learning, Dhime does much more than YouTube. YouTube can show dance lessons but it cannot give any feedback/guidance to the student. Students learning from YouTube do not get suggestions on how to correct themselves. Camera Permissions: Camera is used to tempararily record your dance video and process the video. The video is deleted immediately after the analysis and is never sent out of the phone. Internet Permissions: The application uses internet to fetch the latest content from our Servers. Personal Indentification Information You need to login to the applications to start using them. The login process requests your Name & e-mail address. This information is securely transported to our servers and is securely saved in the servers. In addition to the authentication and the login purposes, these Personally Identifiable Information are also used to provide you with a personalized learning experience. No other Personally Identifiable Information is used or accessed by the Applications. Even your recorded dance video is processed locally on the phone and is deleted immediately after the analysis. It is never sent out of the phone. Non Personal Identification Information The applications collect some Non Personal Identification Information to help improve the overall functionality of the applications and to improve the learning experiences deliverd to you. These Non Personal Identification Information include City, Region & Country, to personalize the content to you. It also includes any software crash logs, stack traces and software diagnostics, to help us identify and fix any software issues. It also include your interactions with the applications and usage of various parts of the applications to help understand the portions of the applications that need improvement. All the above Non Personal Identifiable Information is used in an anonymous fashion without attributing any of these to any single user, but using them in an overall statistical way.
