Bahama is not liable for any damages arising from the use of its services for high-risk activities.Use of AI Services: Bahama may include AI-powered tools as part of its services. When you provide information (Input) to Bahama's AI tools, you receive generated Output based on the Input. Inputs are deemed Customer Content, and you are authorized to use Outputs subject to these Terms. Outputs should be independently reviewed and fact-checked for functionality and suitability. Do not use AI Outputs in a manner that: (1) aids in the development of services that compete with Bahama; (2) performs autonomous actions with the potential for producing a detrimental outcome without direct human supervision; (3) misleads that Outputs were solely human-generated; or (4) infringes Bahama's or any third party's rights.4. Proprietary RightsBahama's services are made available on a limited access basis, and no ownership rights are conveyed to you. Failure to provide valid billing information may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew. Unless canceled before the end of the current period, you will be charged for the next period through your chosen payment method.Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current cycle. Bahama does not offer refunds for any remaining portion of a subscription period after cancellation. Any exceptions to this policy are at Bahama's sole discretion and must be requested in writing.Fee Changes: Bahama reserves the right to change subscription fees. Changes to fees will be communicated via email no less than 14 days in advance.Termination: Bahama reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription for any reason, including non-payment or breach of these Terms.
