Here's how you can check the status of your wov Mobile App on Apple and Google Play sides. As wov, we totally understand how nerve-racking it can be waiting for your app to get the approval from the stores. Before submitting the app, we already make sure everything is good to go and contact you if there are any missing parts. That's why none of our clients' apps got rejected so far. Although it takes mostly 2-3 business days until your app goes live on stores, quite rarely, it may take longer. There are three ways that you can check your app's status: Checking your wov Dashboard Checking your Developer Accounts Checking your mailbox One of the ways to check your app's status is to keep track of it via your wov dashboard. After the submission, You will see a status " YOUR APP IS LIVE " in the dashboard. Logging in to your developer accounts is another way to check your app's status. To check your app's status on Google Side, please go to the following link and log in to your Google Developer Account: https://play.google.com/apps/publish/ After logging in, click on 'all applications' on the opened page. Once clicked, you'll be able to see your app's status. Through each step of the submission process, you will be getting notification e-mail from both Apple and Google ends. So, one of the ways to check your app's status is to check your mailbox. When your app goes live on both stores , you will also get a notification e-mail from wov. The e-mail that will be sent from us also includes your app's store links. The process of creating an Apple Developer Account made easy to understand. To submit an app to the App Store, you must be a member of the Apple Developer Program which will cost you $99/year . Sign up for an Apple developer account if you haven't already. If you already have an account, you can skip the enrollment step and proceed to the step of inviting wov as an admin to your account. You'll also need an Apple ID with two-factor authentication enabled to enroll in the developer program as a company. Enrollment requires, in addition to the Apple ID, the following: D-U-N-S Number Legal Entity Status Legal Binding Authority Website Apple requires that you, as a business owner, create your own Apple Developer account and enroll in the Apple Developer program to have your own app listed under your company's name. For more information on this, you can check Apple's Developer Guidelines and see section 4.2.6. Once you have your developer account, your app will publish under your account, you will have full control over it and it will maintain your business' branding on the App Store listing. Basically, the whole process is consisting of 4 main steps as followings: Apple ID & Two Factor Authentication D-U-N-S Number Process Developer Program Enrollment Inviting wov As A New Admin In iTunes Now, it's time to start to learn how it is! 1. Apple ID & Two Factor Authentication If you’re enrolling your organization, you’ll need an Apple ID with two-factor authentication turned on. Apple Requires two-factor authentication to enroll your account into the Apple Developer program for security terms. It is a process that must be followed. PS: We recommend creating a separate Apple ID different from the one used for your personal correspondence unless you already have an Apple ID for your business. 2. D-U-N-S Number Process Your organization must have a D‑U‑N‑S Number so that Apple can verify its identity and legal entity status. These unique nine-digit numbers are assigned by Dun & Bradstreet and are widely used as standard business identifiers. You can look yours up and request one for free. There are two likely cases about the D-U-N-S number. a. You have it but don't know what number it is. b. You don't have it. If you don't know your D-U-N-S number, you can look for it here . After checking for it, if you see that don't have a D-U-N-S number, you can learn about how to get it from here . *Please keep that in mind that getting a D-U-N-S number will take around one week. 3. Developer Program Enrollment Now, if you've created your Apple ID and set up two-factor authentication, let's get on to the steps for enrollment into the developer program: A. Navigate to https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/ B. Click the "Start Your Enrollment" button to start the enrollment process. C. Sign in using your Apple ID D. Choose the right entity type for your business. Individuals or sole proprietors/single person businesses: Apps are listed under the developer's personal name. Organizations: Apps are listed under the organization's legal entity name. Companies and educational institutions must provide a D-U-N-S Number (available for free) registered to their legal entity during the enrollment process. E. Fill the requested information about your business. F. Enter your D-U-N-S number when asked. G. Fill in the billing information and continue to complete the payment H. After finishing the payment process your yearly Apple Developer Account is set up. Also, Apple will notify you within 24 hours after activating your account. 4. Inviting wov As A New Admin In iTunes After you create your Apple developer account, you must add the wov team to your account as an admin user so that we can publish your mobile application. A. Sign in to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ and get into the account section B. Select 'Users and Access' in the menu and blue + button that will appear on the next page. C. You will see a window named 'new user'. Please fill it with the following info First Name: wov Last Name: Team Email: info@ascent24.io Important Note: - Make sure the user role selected as 'Admin' It is so important to add wov as admin to your account. Otherwise, we will not be able to submit and publish your app. - If your Apple Developer Account is a company account, make sure the checkbox in the 'Developer Resources' section is checked. D. After sending your invitation, wov Team will get an email. We will accept your invitation and start the process.
