Commercial Usage Images generated by the AI on the Service can be used for commercial purposes without any additional fees or royalties. 6. Intellectual Property The Service, including the underlying AI models, software, algorithms, and all associated technology, and its original content (excluding User-Generated Content as defined below), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Stylefie, Inc. and its licensors. These are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You retain any ownership rights you may have in the original input (such as text prompts or uploaded images) you provide to the Service ("User Input"). However, by providing User Input, you grant Stylefie, Inc. the rights described in Section 7 (User-Generated Content). As between you and Stylefie, Inc., you own the images generated by the Service ("Output") based on your User Input, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such Output, including for commercial purposes. Stylefie, Inc. does not claim ownership of the Output you generate. However, you acknowledge that similar or identical Output may be generated for other users based on their User Input, and your rights are limited to the specific Output you generate. You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the underlying Service technology (including the AI models and software), except as expressly allowed by these Terms or with the prior written consent of Stylefie, Inc. Your use of the Output is governed by these Terms, and your rights to the Output do not extend to the underlying Service technology. See Section 7 (User-Generated Content) for Stylefie, Inc.'s rights to use User Input and Output. 7. User-Generated Content By using the Service and generating content (including, but not limited to, AI-generated images or "renders"), you grant Stylefie, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such content in any and all media, formats, and channels now known or hereafter devised, without any further notice or compensation to you. This includes, but is not limited to, using the content for marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to grant the foregoing rights to Stylefie, Inc. 8. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. 9. Disclaimer The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The liability and any financial penalties for such events will be governed by the terms of service and agreements between Stylefie, Inc. and the respective cloud vendor.
