As we have welcomed a growing number of non-English speaking people into our church, people who are looking for meaningful, Christ centered community and connection, One Accord has given us the means to make those connections a reality. We believe that the gospel mandate of Christ insists that we overcome all racial, socio-economic, and cultural barriers, that as the church grows it should reflect the diversity of the community it serves. One Accord has given us the tools to fulfill our commission, and for that we are deeply grateful.Rev. C. Michael MorrisonLead Pastor at Collin Creek ChurchTrusted by 200+ churchesWhy choose OneAccordBuilt by church interpretersBehind OneAccord's powerful AI, is a team of real human believers. We bring with us years of providing real-time interpretation in our local churches. This means while our trusty AI does the translation, we program and train the AI using our own knowledge of Biblical terms and concepts as well as experience of translating them into different languages.Regular Quality ChecksNo good cook would expect a dish to come out just right without regular tasting, stirring, adjusting and seasoning until perfection.Likewise, we don't consider our job done once you have subscribed. Our team are constantly improving the quality of our AI translation by carrying out Quality Assurance checks and providing feedback and support to your church where other factors are affecting the translation quality (such as audio problems).Dedicated audio supportThe better your audio quality, the more accurate the translation. Otherwise, your sermon or announcement turns into an awkward game of telephone. As you can probably guess, God's house is not something we're prepared to play games with at OneAccord. At the same time, we know that every church is different when it comes to the audio-visual side of the ministry.Whatever your equipment or experience level, we want your church to be able to experience high-quality translation. That's why our translation sessions have built-in tools to help you monitor the audio quality in real-time. We also provide audio support with a dedicated sound technician on staff, available to help assist your team and resolve any issues.Designed to make your life easierAside from the technical know-how our team brings, we know what it's like on a hectic Sunday morning, trying to set up equipment while coordinating with pastors and several other teams to make sure everything works in time for the service. As a result, we have designed our platform to reduce your stress. We're confident that your team will find OneAccord intuitive to use and manage, while your congregation can access the translation with as few steps as possible.High-quality voicesLet's be honest, you probably heard the words "AI translation" and your imagination heard "At the traffic lights, take the next right". Don't worry, you're not the only one.In a world where Waze, Google Maps, Siri and Alexa have long been part of our daily soundtrack, we wanted our spoken translation to sound a bit more natural than the digital voices we're accustomed to hearing. Now, our translation voices won't match a human's natural cadence and nuance, but we're confident they will keep your translation users engaged throughout the service. We've been thereSome of our team are native English speakers living in non-English countries. We remember first-hand the pit-in-your-stomach feeling, wondering if and how you'll fit in when you can't understand anything. The wonderful believers smiling patiently at our rough attempts to communicate. The faithful interpreters giving us the gift of understanding as they tried to keep up with the pastor's rapid-fire delivery. The joy when we started to feel like part of the community of believers in our new homes. That's why we care so much about providing translation for God's house, because we've been there. We now have the privilege of being able to provide translation for the wider church body through OneAccord and are excited to see whole communities experience that same joy of belonging to God’s family.Multi-site churches welcomeAre you considering translation for your multi-site church and wondering how it's all going to work? While they were working to learn English, they could not fully engage in the service particularly the scripture reading and sermon. We began exploring options and came upon Oneaccord.ai. We have not been disappointed and it's been wonderful to see how supportive the oneaccord.ai team is. I can not imagine going back to not having our service accessible in other languages. As a passionate believer in Jesus, she was torn between two inescapable facts - the importance of being part of a church community vs. the isolation she felt attending churches where she couldn't yet speak the language. After settling into a great church community, she found herself - several years and countless language lessons later - helping others in the same situation, serving that church as part of a team of English interpreters. Little did she know that God was laying the groundwork for what was yet to come.Visiting back home one holiday, the software engineer would find her parents' church in a familiar predicament - struggling to provide live translation for non English-speakers who had called the church 'home'. She would spend most of that holiday coding, creating a simple AI translation platform she called "OneAccord" to help this specific church meet this specific need. No-one dreamt it would go beyond that...until other churches started reaching out.In response to this need, the simple tool was honed into a powerful AI platform over time, until what started as a labor of love became a translation company dedicated to the body of Christ, supporting over 100 churches across the globe.Today, our founder and team are still driven by that same mission: to help churches make everyone feel included, heard, and at home - no matter what language they speak. We want to help your church create this community and show a divided world the uniting power of the Gospel.Contact us for a Free TrialContact UsRequest a quote and free trial or find out moreSubjectI have a questionI would like a quoteSubjectThis website uses cookies to improve the user experience, enhance site navigation, analyze site usage, and assist in our marketing efforts.Learn moreOK --- BlogPraise for the Progress: Milestones and MiraclesA website revamp turned into an emotional walk down memory lane for our team. Then you will know that the Lord of Heaven’s Armies has sent me. Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.” Zechariah 4:9-10 So this week at OneAccord HQ, we have been hard-at-work, revamping our website. We've gone through variation after variation of designs, layout, images, text copy, you name it, and watched as the new-look site takes shape, section by section. One of the new features we've decided to add is a space to tell our story - the story of how OneAccord started and what brought us to where we are now. The strange part is that, although many of us had a front-row seat to this story (even before we became staff members), just the act of reminiscing and retelling that story out loud for the first time made us all feel some very real emotions in our team meeting this week. It's tough to find the right word that encapsulates how we felt, both recognizing just how much work each of us had put into the journey so far, and our stunned realization that God had brought us somewhere far beyond what we could have either guessed, planned or earned. The fact is that where we find ourselves now - a full-fledged company with staff members, supporting over 100 churches globally - is not something we could have foreseen when the company started, just less than two years ago. When OneAccord was just an answer to prayer for a single local church pastored by our founder's parents. When our founder wrote the first line of the code, or her shortlist of names for what to call this software. In the age where our self-esteem, both individual and corporate, can be built or broken by comparing metrics - views, clicks, sales, likes, conversion rates - it seems almost time-wasting to stop and smell the roses. To celebrate our wins; to look back at the road travelled. To be still and know that He is God. I'm sure, if you are a church leader reading this, that this is a dilemma all too familiar. Your quiet moments interrupted by questions like "how many members, salvations, baptisms, food drives, cell groups or new locations do we have compared to ....?" The good news is, as reluctant as we all are to admit it, you're not the only one fighting that battle. This week has been a wake-up call to us that this comparison trap is easy to walk into unawares, especially when you're doing God's work. And yet, it's also been a poignant reminder that, yes, our goals as a company may be far-off in the distance. Yes, we could stop and compare ourselves to others in the field out of either jealousy or arrogance or both. But what remains clear as the midday sun is that where God has brought us thus far, is a pretty breathtaking view worthy of celebrating and praising Him for. In thinking of a scripture for this blog, of course Zechariah 4:10 came to mind - "Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand." The first 6 words of this scripture have been well-worn at this point, but to me, it's made so powerful by the rest of the verse - the idea of the Lord getting joy from simply watching us start something. Zerubabbel hadn't even finished the job yet, God was just happy to see him start measuring - there's no metric that can capture that! To be honest, none of our team could have known that God would bring us to where we are today. This rings true even for us as individuals. Some of our team were previously stuck in jobs they were praying for a way out of. Others have health conditions that should have taken their lives. And yet, we stand as living billboards declaring the goodness of God, even as works-in-progress. So here we are, the air tingling with excitement for where God could possibly take us next, and ready to do the work. Our goals are still way off in the horizon, but the difference between right here and back there, where He brought us from? That's our story...and it's yours too.
