You'll need to add a payment method to begin, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.What can credits be used for?Credits can be used to run tests with real users or AI users. A test with a single AI users counts as one credit. A complete AI-moderated survey with one participant also counts as one credit. You can use your credits across any mix of participant types. AI study creation and analysis do not count towards your credit usage, so you can use them as much as you like.How do you keep my data secure?We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest and we are SOC 2 Type 2 certified. We don't train AI models on your data.Can I invite my team and manage permissions?Yes, you can invite your team to collaborate on projects. The number of teammates you can invite is limited by your plan. Team admins can assign permissions to team members at the organization and project levels.Are there limits to how many projects I can create?You can create as many projects as you like. You only consume credits when you collect responses from real or AI participants.Can I test with real users? What about AI users?Yes, you can test with both real and AI users in Versive. Our credits can be used across both types of tests. For real users, you can test with your own participants or recruit participants from our panel. Can I recruit participants from your panel?Yes, we've partnered with Respondent to give you access to millions of participants. You can create a screener, set the incentive, and pay participants directly from Versive. Participant recruiting is not covered by credits and you'll pay as you go when you recruit participants.Can I change my plan?Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.What happens if I exceed my test limit?If you reach your monthly test limit, you'll need to upgrade to continue testing. Your existing test results and data remain accessible even after reaching the limit.Do unused credits roll over?Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Monthly plans reset every month, while annual plans give you credits for the full year upfront that reset annually.What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?Annual billing saves you over 30% compared to monthly billing. With annual, you pay upfront for the full year at a discounted rate.
