Permissions Required When you use SheetQuery for the first time, you’ll be asked to accept the minimum-required permissions: See your primary Google Account email address See your personal info, including any personal info you've made publicly available View and manage spreadsheets that SheetQuery has been installed in Connect to an external service Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications We use Connect to an external service permission to request data at an external service, specifically for getting a response from AI service. The Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications permission is used to show a custom chat-like UI in the sidebar of the Google Sheets™ editor. SheetQuery does not have access to your Google account or your password. You can review and revoke these permissions by going to Google Account -> Third-party apps with account access -> Manage third-party access. 3. Information We Collect 3.1 Personal Information We only collect your email address when you install SheetQuery or contact us for support. 3.2 Usage Data We automatically collect information about your use of SheetQuery, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you visit, and the actions you take within the addon. 3.3 Google Sheets™ Data SheetQuery requires access to your Google Sheets™ to perform its functions. We do not store or transmit the data contained in your Google Sheets outside of what is necessary to provide the service. 4.
