We will process your request as soon as possible, typically within 15 days.Can I Cancel My Subscription Plan?You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. However, it is not possible to directly switch to a lower tier. If you want to switch to a more affordable membership plan, please wait until the current plan expires. In the case of an upgrade: The new package and its corresponding quick tokens will take effect immediately, while the remaining quick tokens of the old package will be retained until the expiration of the old package.What Payment Methods Does Shakker Accept?All payments are processed by Stripe, and available payment methods vary by region.
