If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Description of Service Inbox AI is a macOS application that provides voice-driven automation and AI-powered assistant capabilities. The App runs locally on your device and allows integration with third-party AI providers and macOS services. License Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Inbox AI on your personal devices for personal or commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or modify the App. Third-Party Services Inbox AI allows you to connect to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama) using your own API keys. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Andre Foeken is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Payments and Merchant of Record Direct purchases of Inbox AI are processed by Lemon Squeezy ("Lemon Squeezy"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, currency conversion, sales tax, and invoicing. By purchasing through Lemon Squeezy, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and privacy policy. User Responsibilities You are solely responsible for: Any API keys you configure within the App The content you process through the App Ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws Any costs incurred through third-party AI providers Intellectual Property Inbox AI, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Andre Foeken. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. Refund Policy Inbox AI is sold as a one-time purchase. Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased the App: Purchased via the Mac App Store: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Please contact Apple directly for refund requests. Purchased via our website (Lemon Squeezy): Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for direct purchases. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the App does not function as described. Refund requests are processed by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their terms. To initiate a refund, contact Lemon Squeezy directly through your purchase receipt or reach out to us at x.com/dreetje. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred through third-party AI providers, as these are outside our control. Disclaimer of Warranties Inbox AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all system configurations. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andre Foeken shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Termination We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
