Mercer is intentionally built to be model-agnostic, so that we can always offer you the latest and greatest models in-platform. Do you provide production & manufacturing services for what I design in Mercer?On Enterprise subscriptions, yes. For Designer, Studio and Studio Pro subscriptions we do not produce or manufacture anything designed on the platform.Why would I use Mercer if you don’t make the product?Our software is built as a standalone design & collaboration tool for individuals or teams that have an existing production and manufacturing network. Our software streamlines communication between parties with features like comments, notes, measurements, tasks, and timelines. You’re able to share your designs with your own manufacturers directly from Mercer, without the need for external file transfer services.Do you have product templates I can use for my collection?Not yet but we are working on it!Who owns the designs that I create using Mercer?You do!
