We never access your documents, and they are securely stored on our encrypted databases. The data sent to the AI is protected and excluded from being used in external model training. We also ensure the deletion of this data from external databases like OpenAI’s on a weekly basis to maintain your privacy.Can I delete my documents from the database?You have full control over your documents. Manual deletion is possible at any time. Additionally, our system automatically deletes documents after one month for Playful tier subscribers and after six months for Dynamic tier subscribers. For Flagship tier subscribers, documents are stored indefinitely unless manually deleted.Is there a limit to the size of the document I can upload?While we accommodate large documents with any amount of pages, there are limits on the file sizes to ensure optimal performance for all users.
