By submitting such payment information, you authorize Rithmm to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the payment method you provided.‍If automatic billing fails for any reason, Rithmm will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must manually proceed with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice within a certain deadline date.5. REFERRAL PROGRAMRithmm may offer users the opportunity to participate in a referral program ("Referral Program") to encourage growth and reward loyal users. Any active paying Rithmm subscriber with an account in good standing may participate by referring others using their unique referral link or QR code. A referral is considered successful when the referred user subscribes to a paid Rithmm plan; free trial signups do not qualify. For each successful referral, the referring user will receive one free month of Rithmm, applied to the same subscription tier (Core or Premium) and platform (iOS, Android, or Web) as their current subscription. Free months must be redeemed within 12 months of being issues and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. The referred user will receive 50% off their first paid month. Referral benefits only apply to the specific subscription tier and platform selected at the time of signup. Rithmm may withhold or revoke rewards if fraudulent behavior is suspected, including but not limited to shared payment methods, duplicate accounts, or use across multiple devices that appear to be the same user. Rithmm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
