It includes up to 10 FAQs, unlimited FAQ answers, 50,000 monthly credits (around 50 Lite AI answers), and support for 50+ languages. To get started with our free plan, simply invite Wallu to your server.For small hobby servers, we offer the Premium plan starting at €6.99/month (or €4.58/month when billed yearly). Longer answers and more advanced features consume more credits. Sometimes the bot will consume credits just to consider whether it should answer a question. On average you get one answer for every ~800 credits (or ~7000 with Advanced AI).When do my credits reset?Credit usage resets on the 1st of each month for everyone (so not on your billing date) - your limit increases immediately. So if your custom bot plan is billed on 15th you get 2M credits for days 15-30 and then another 2M due to monthly reset on 1st day for the next month so you don't lose any credits.What is the difference between Lite AI and Advanced AI?You can choose between AI models: Lite AI is fast and more basic - good for basic support tasks. Advanced AI is a lot more intelligent and powerful and consumes 5-10x more credits - excellent for more complex issues.Are plans user specific or server specific?The plan is only for one server and all staff members can access the bot's panel. Make sure you purchase the plan on the correct server (or ask us to transfer it)Do you offer services to set up the bot and monthly maintenance?Yes, we offer a one-time setup service for 149€ (includes setting up everything, adding documents, settings, bot behavior etc. ➜ up to ~2 hours of work) and a monthly maintenance service for 99€/month (keeping the documents up to date, improving and adjusting the bot and highest priority for your suggestions). Contact us for more information.Why credits instead of limiting the number of answers?By using credits, we can offer flexible pricing for different use cases. We can add new (optional) features and settings without changing pricing or making it extra complex to compare plans. You won't be paying more because someone else wants the bot to write 2 page answers for every question and we will still let them do that (it just consumes more credits for them)!What happens if I run out of credits?The bot will no longer search your documents for an answer. However, FAQs and linking to previous similar questions will still work.Can I change plans or cancel it?Yes, you can cancel, downgrade or upgrade at any time. The payment will be prorated so you only pay the difference.Can I get a refund?You can contact us for a refund up to 30 days after the purchase if you're not satisfied with the bot.What payment methods do you accept?We use Stripe and Paddle for payments. They offer tons of options (cards, PayPal).How does the Unlimited plan work?With the unlimited plan, the bot will keep using Lite AI model even after you run out of credits so it never stops answering. These unlimited answers are limited to only legitimate user messages and does not apply to our API, answering other bots or other features.
