Bringing very different strengths to the table, they worked together for seven years and built out a world class team of leaders, engineers, and global talent that continues to make an impact on health-tech today. They both believe that the best products are built when companies put their people first and cultivate a culture of compassion, curiosity, and innovation. Lyndsay Donhoff CEO & CoFounder Lyndsay studied Psychology at University of California Santa Barbara and supported Research at the Center for Evolutionary Psychology as a Lab Manager. She developed her strengths in servant leadership at Nordstrom Inc and got a crash course in Start-ups serving as the VP of People @ DrChrono. She’s best known for building and engaging diverse workforce, creating a culture of trust amongst teammates, and cultivating a team of authentic and impactful leaders within an organization.She’s excited to bring everything she’s learned throughout her unique career journey to ThoughtfulPost and help people strengthen their relationships with empathy and kindness! As a first time, female entrepreneur, she draws inspiration from her mother, father, and both of her grandfathers, who, as builders and artists in their own right, encouraged her to bring her authenticity into every project she tackles. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her favorite people and practicing her creative hobbies. She’s a painter, amateur filmmaker, voracious reader, and currently learning to play the bass guitar. Michael Nusimow COO, CTO & CoFounder Michael studied Computer Engineering and Computer Science at SUNY Stony Brook. He went on to develop his strengths and passion for technology as a Software Engineer at Bloomberg LP. After experiencing first-hand the frustrations with the healthcare system as he supported family members through serious illnesses, he co-founded DrChrono as the CEO in 2009. As the first mobile first EHR platform to disrupt the healthcare landscape, DrChrono was known in the industry for putting patient care first through its ease of use.Michael is best known by his teammates and peers as a world-class problem solver. He still loves to code and engineer processes, but he’s also an incredibly strategic operator who takes pride in his leadership growth. He’s excited to embark on this new journey as cofounder of ThoughtfulPost and build a product that encourages people to be more thoughtful in their gift giving. In his spare time, he loves spending time traveling and relaxing with his family. He also mentors other start-ups and enjoys helping other entrepreneurs develop their strengths. He’s naturally curious, listens to lots of podcasts, and enjoys immersing himself in a good audiobook.
