How North Works – Our Pricing Try North for free → Take the OKR Quiz Frequently asked questions How are the goal and initiative limits in the free plan calculated? You can create 5 goals and up to 50 initiatives across all teams in the free plan. These do not include archived goals or initiatives. How is the pricing per user calculated? When you add a member you add to your Organisation. We charge for that member based on your plan. If you add a member in the middle of your billing cycle, you’re charged a prorated amount for the number of days left until your plan renews. We check for this at the end of every month and your card is charged at that time If a remove a member from your Organisation, their seat will be available to the next member you invite. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards. For annual subscriptions, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card. Does North offer a discount for nonprofits? North is happy to support eligible nonprofits and academic institutions with an 80% discount on our all plans when billed annually. Here’s a comparison of our billing cycles to help you choose the one that best suits your needs.Monthly Plan– Choose this if you want to give North a try and need more than what our free plan offers.– You’re billed monthly for each user account.– You can add or remove user accounts at any time.– You pay only for the accounts that you have during a month.– You cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Annual/Fixed-Term Plan– You commit to purchasing the subscription for one or multiple years.– You get discounted pricing and are not charged the set-up and onboarding fee– Your price depends on the number of user licenses you purchase.
