You can also upload a zip archive with multiple resume files of these filetypes. And we also support spreadsheets (XLS, XLSX, CSV) with resume URLs. While uploading spreadsheets please make sure there is only one column with resume URLs, and that the URLs are publicly accessible. If your resume files or URLs are protected by a password, please remove the password first.Can I use this for free?Yes, you can use our service for free. However, there is a limit of 5 resumes that you can upload at a time. If you need to upload more than 5 resumes, you can sign up for a paid plan.You can also set your own OpenAI key in Settings to remove all limitations and use the service for free.How is my data being stored and processed?We don't sell your data. Currently we only store resume file fingerprints and parsed text for easy retrieval. All of your submitted data is yours and can be easily deleted from the Settings page. Happy to explore the functionality where it makes sense!Are "Unlimited resumes" really unlimited?Yes. But fair use and abuse policy applies. We will contact you if we notice any abuse. Make sure you are using the service for recruitment purposes only and not abusing it.It's too expensive for me. Can I get a discount?We don't really offer discounts. Instead we'd like to focus on proving 10x value than what we charge. If you have a particular use case and suggested price point for it - please contact us via support chat. We are open to exploring it!Can I cancel my subscription?Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will still have access to the service until the end of the billing period. We don't offer refunds for the remaining period.Can I change my subscription?Yes. You can change your subscription at any time. We'll try to fix it as soon as possible!Do you support non-English resumes?We are working on supporting non-English resumes. If you have a particular language you'd like to be supported - please contact us via support chat.If I submit the same resume twice, will it be counted twice?No. If you submit the exact same resume twice - it will be counted as one. However if you submit two resume files that differ slightly - they will be counted as two. Even if they are for the same candidate.Is it secure?Yes. We use end-to-end encryption while handling your data. We rely on Stripe to securely process your payments.
